At Louvela, your satisfaction is important to us. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to make your return or refund process as simple and clear as possible.

This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund or return, and under what conditions we can process it.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and refund requests under the following conditions:

  • Your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Your request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be returned with proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing, but exchanges or store credits may be offered where applicable.

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, returns on certain items like underwear or bodysuits are not accepted.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email that we have received your item.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If the item does not meet our return conditions, it will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.

Partial Refunds or Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer:

  • Partial refunds, such as when an item is returned damaged or missing parts.

  • Store credit instead of a refund, if preferred by the customer or applicable to a promotional return.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at louvelaactivewear@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit at no cost to you.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within 14 days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We’ll happily hold your preferred item once we receive your return.
